Long term plans
At The Unicorn School our pupils are taught the National Curriculum. Our specialist teachers adapt the way we deliver the subject material to make the curriculum accessible to pupils with learning differences.
We teach the full national curriculum to all pupils in Year 3 to Year 9. This covers all national curriculum subjects including Maths, Literacy, Science, IT, History, Geography, Art and Design, PSHE and Citizenship, and many more subjects. In Years 10 and 11 pupils follow our carefully selected GCSE programme, focussing on a small number of key subjects to give our pupils the best opportunity to succeed.
