Discover The Unicorn School at Our Open Mornings
We warmly invite you to experience The Unicorn School first hand at one of our Open Mornings. These events offer a wonderful opportunity to gain an insight into our specialist approach to teaching and experience the unique character and style of our school.
What to Expect at an Open Morning
Our Open Mornings run from 9:30am to 11:30am, and you are welcome to arrive at any point between these times. You’ll see our school “at work” on a typical morning, meet our inspiring staff and hear directly from our students about their experiences.
On Arrival
Please come to the Mill Building where our admissions team will welcome you.
9.30am – 11am: Guided School Tours
Join our Year 7 and Year 8 pupils for a guided tour of The Unicorn School. See our classrooms in action, explore our facilities, and gain an authentic insight into daily life from our students’ perspectives.
9.30am – 11.30am: Headteacher’s Reception
Please join us for coffee back in The Mill Building after your tour. This is a relaxed opportunity to meet fellow prospective parents and chat informally with our Headteacher, staff, and Governors.
Please book in advance so that we know that you are coming and can then explain the admissions procedure to you. It is also useful if you send us reports on your child so that we have some background information on your child, before your visit.
