Matthew Small

Matt studied Economics and Statistics at Leeds University. Following a brief career in the military he moved into education.
He is currently Assistant Headmaster at Cheam School, near Newbury. Alongside teaching Maths and Sport, one of his key roles is overseeing Safeguarding as the Designated Safeguarding Lead. He will have responsibility for Safeguarding within the Governing Body.
He is married to Nicola, a school nurse, and has two adult children.
