Katherine Crowe

Originally from Scotland, Katy moved to Oxfordshire in 2005 to work as a Marketing Manager for Oxford University Press where she oversaw the marketing of over 150 Higher Education textbooks. She moved into major gifts fundraising in 2011, working for the University of Oxford in a variety of fundraising roles across the collegiate university. Following the birth of her twin daughters in 2015, Katy undertook a new role as Development Director at Cumberland Lodge, an educational charity based in Windsor Great Park. 

Having decided to move back into marketing in 2020, Katy took on the role of marketing lead at HENRY, a national children’s charity based in Oxfordshire. Katy joined the Unicorn School in February of 2024. 

Outside of work, Katy enjoys spending time with her husband and her daughters. She is an avid reader and also enjoys knitting and sewing. She is also a runner and completed the Oxford Half Marathon in 2022.
