This is a wonderful residential centre situated deep within the Ashdown forest in 75 acres of its own land.

On this visit the children developed their skills in canoeing, rock climbing, archery, animal tracking, hiking through dense forest an up rivers and going on a hunt for the very rare and endangered ‘Drop Bears’!

The children also had the very important experience of staying happily away from home for a short  period of three days.

Many of the activities were centred around team building, being self-challenging, supporting and encouraging each other and developing independence.

The children all behaved extremely well and were a pleasure to be with.

 It was lovely to have the instructors, and even staff from other schools, coming up and congratulating us on the helpfulness and  politeness of our children. 

They were an absolute credit to the school.
