Hot on the heels of Beech’s grilling earlier in February, this time it was Maple class who presented their amazing inventions to a panel of “investors”.  Our pupils were inspired to invent and present their own ideas in a task designed to develop their imagination, use of persuasive language, and articulation skills.

Head Teacher Mr Day and his panel of Dragons were so impressed by the pupil’s innovative ideas and their professional PowerPoint presentations.  Favourites included Alex L and Lauren T’s Life-Sized Board Games, Jonny L and Felix M’s Security System for Homes and Vehicles, and Oliver R’s and Rosa N’s Global Travel Dream Machine.  Special commendation went to Ben M and Molly S for their use of String Theory in their Military Portal-Gun.  The overall winners were Jacob T and Zak M with their amazing Total-Immersion Storybook Software.
